Sub-processors
FoxNose uses the following third-party sub-processors to provide the Service. This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement and GDPR Article 28.
Plausible, PostHog and Cloudflare also process data for which FoxNose is itself the controller: website analytics, product analytics for signed-in users of the application, and waitlist sign-ups on the website. For that processing they act as FoxNose’s own processors, as described in our Privacy Policy.
All sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations no less protective than those set out in our DPA. Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
